HostTrip (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the HostTrip website (the “Service”). This page explains our policies, rules, and procedures regarding registration, payments, licenses, support, refunds, and related services. By using the Service, you agree to follow these policies. Terms used here align with our Terms & Conditions accessible at HostTrip.

1. Registration

  • Registering for the shared license is required to accept our rules; customers must read the site rules carefully.
  • Using fake data or fake emails will block the account.
  • Creating multiple accounts is prohibited; all extra accounts will be blocked by the monitoring system.
  • Email must be confirmed to place an order.

2. Payment

  • Credit card payments must use real information. Risky transactions will be refunded, repeated risky payments will block the account.
  • PayPal payments include a 6.3% fee paid by the customer and added to the invoice.
  • Direct payments to our PayPal are not allowed; always pay through the invoice.
  • Refund requests must be sent via ticket to the finance department.
  • Service cancellations do not automatically grant refunds; a ticket is required.
  • Crypto payments must match the displayed amount. Crypto payments are non-refundable and receive a 10% bonus charged to the account.
  • VPN must be off when paying via PayPal or credit card.
  • Late fees: overdue payments incur 10% daily for 5 days. After 5 days, service may be terminated. Reactivation within 3 days costs $2 plus all late fees.

3. Support

  • Insults toward support or management in tickets will block the account.
  • Support priority: 1. Tickets, 2. Online chat, 3. Telegram. Technical issues are handled via tickets only.
  • Resolution time: 24–72 hours; updates may extend up to 7 days.
  • Pre-purchase server issues are not supported.

4. License

  • Using another shared license alongside ours will suspend your license; remove other systems first.
  • Original licenses can coexist with our license.
  • Access to original license sites is allowed only after removing our license.
  • New license versions are released after a few days.

5. Reseller

  • All customer rules apply to resellers.
  • Resellers get shared licenses via WHMCS module/API; module development is their responsibility. Latest PHP version is required.
  • Resellers must not process Special Offer products; only standard pricing applies.
  • Cancelling/activating and reordering the same service with the same IP incurs a $2 penalty; resellers must renew instead.

6. Renewal of Services

  • Email reminders sent 10 days before license expiration.
  • Licenses not renewed are terminated after 10 days; repurchase is required to continue.
  • Automatic renewal requires topping up your site balance.

7. Debug System

  • Debugging the license system will block the account without notice.
  • Manipulating command execution will block the license.

8. Software Problems

  • WHMCS issues due to license files only are not supported; handled by configuration team at extra cost.
  • JetBackup issues cannot be fixed by sharedlicense due to encryption; contact original license provider if unresolved.
  • Damage from other shared licenses is not covered.
  • MySQL/MariaDB troubleshooting and upgrades are not included; ticket to configuration team required.
  • Web server troubleshooting is not included in free support; VIP package needed.

9. Config Service

  • Configuration takes 24–72 hours; customers must wait up to 72 hours.
  • Refund is possible if configuration is not completed/delivered.
  • Configuration is a one-time service; customers destroying it are not covered.
  • Configuration applies only to the purchased product; other software handled only in a basic way.
  • Customers can request adjustments within 48 hours; afterwards tickets go to normal mode.
  • SMTP configuration is excluded.

10. Refund Policy

  • Balance refunds follow the original payment method; crypto is non-refundable.
  • License system failures unresolved in 24 hours grant 100% refund.
  • Technical issues unresolved in 72 hours grant refund for remaining days.
  • Installation failures unresolved in 24 hours grant 100% refund.
  • Refund requests within 48 hours for no reason grant 100% refund except for cPanel, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed, Plesk Dedicated, CXS, OSM, and Virtualizor; $2 deducted for 7 licenses.
