1. Refund Policy
At HostTrip, we do not offer refunds for any service listed on our website. Refunds may only be considered if a custom offer is explicitly granted by our support team. In such cases, you must open a ticket in your client account referencing the custom offer. Requests via WhatsApp, social chat, or any other proof outside the official ticket system will be declined.
If your PayPal or card is set to auto-debit for payments, the amount will not be refunded. You must submit a ticket to remove your card details to avoid future charges.
Funds added to your account are non-refundable but can be used to purchase any service listed on our website.
We are currently in beta for auto-renew; renewing services on time is your responsibility.
